No. Microsoft licensing is billed separately from your plan. Some of what we manage — Intune, mobile device management, advanced security features — requires the appropriate Microsoft licensing to be in place. As a Microsoft partner, Focul can procure and manage those licenses for you, so it stays on one invoice and one point of contact.

Per user. Most people use more than one device, and pricing per person is easier to predict as you hire. Each plan also carries a monthly minimum. Unusual environments — a lot of shared workstations, servers, or specialized equipment — may need additional pricing, and we'll tell you that during the discovery conversation rather than after you sign.

Yes. Essential IT starts at $750 per month, Focul Managed at $1,000, and Focul Secure at $1,500. Below roughly six to eight people the minimum is what you pay rather than the per-user rate. The minimum covers the tooling, monitoring, and coverage that has to exist regardless of headcount.

Day-to-day remote support. Something broke, someone is locked out, email is misbehaving, a device needs a change — call as often as you need to. Projects, major migrations, new office deployments, cabling, hardware purchases, certain third-party services, and after-hours work sit outside the plan and get quoted up front.

Yes — administering your tenant is part of every plan. Users, permissions, mailboxes, groups, and security configuration are ours to handle. Focul Managed adds Intune and device management on top, and Focul Secure adds advanced security configuration. Licensing itself is still billed separately.

We won't claim that buying a plan makes your organization HIPAA compliant — no vendor can honestly promise that. Compliance depends on your own policies, training, and operational decisions. What we can do is implement and manage the technical safeguards HIPAA expects — access control, encryption, device management, MFA, audit logging — and support the risk assessments, policy work, documentation, and remediation that back up your compliance program. That's what Focul Secure is built for.

No. Onboarding runs in stages. We start by documenting what you already have, then get monitoring and security onto your devices, then take over Microsoft 365 and identity, then move to the longer-tail items. Your team keeps working the whole time. Most of the disruptive-sounding work happens quietly in the background.

Tell us, and we handle it. For a new hire that means the account, licensing, permissions, device setup, and security enrollment ready before their first day. For a departure it means access removed, sessions terminated, the device recovered or wiped, and their data handed off to whoever needs it — on the day it should happen, not a week later.

Your bill follows your headcount, subject to the plan minimum. We reconcile user counts on a regular cycle rather than charging you for people who left months ago. If you grow past the point where a different plan makes more sense, we'll say so.

Yes. Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, new office setups, network and Wi-Fi work, security hardening, and assessments are all available as standalone projects with no managed plan required. Managed clients get preferred pricing on project work.

Because security and compliance requirements genuinely vary. A practice handling PHI, a firm carrying cyber-insurance requirements, and a business preparing for a client security review all need different controls. $200 per user is the floor. The exact number depends on your environment, your obligations, and what has to be monitored — and we confirm it before you commit to anything.
